Claims must include a clear unedited video recorded at the time of unboxing, showing the defect or wrong item received.

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.

No claims related to size or fitting issues will be entertained. Please check our size chart before ordering.
2. Conditions for Accepted Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
