1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • Customers must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims must include a clear unedited video recorded at the time of unboxing, showing the defect or wrong item received.

  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • No claims related to size or fitting issues will be entertained. Please check our size chart before ordering.


2. Conditions for Accepted Returns

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.


3. Process for Returns/Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

  • If your return is approved, you may request an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchanges for different sizes, styles, or colors will not be accepted.
