  • Standard delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier services.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, courier issues, or strikes).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location and order size.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—details will be mentioned on our website or social media.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor your shipment.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier service.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • Claims without proper proof will not be entertained.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Dropouts only ships within Pakistan.

  • International shipping options may be added in the future.
